C8051T61x OTP EPROM Microcontrollers

The C8051T61x small microcontroller (MCU) family is pin-for-pin compatible with the C8051F31x series but offers cost-effective OTP EPROM memory instead of flash EEPROM memory. Designers can use flash EEPROM for system development and early production, then move to an OTP EPROM version to obtain a cost savings when in volume production.

With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, Watchdog Timer and a clock oscillator, the C8051T61x devices are truly stand-alone system-on-a-chip solutions. User software has complete control of all peripherals, and may individually shut down any or all peripherals for power savings.
